M & E ENGINEER
| JOB Decriptions : |
- Response for the day-to-day maintenance for the electrics and machinery of the hotel with the effective delivery of mechanical and electrical operation.
- Specific responsibility for repairs, replacement and improvements to mechanical and electrical services and related equipment for the hotel.
- Manage and supervise specialist sub contractors and consultants as required.
- Ensure scheduling of works does not disrupt the core activities of the hotel.
- Ensure all tasks performed by sub contracted and directly employed staff are carried out in accordance with all current Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
- Maintain, and seek to improve, the quality of service provision of the Engineering Department
